Jill Goldberg M.S. R.D is a registered dietitian and earned her Master’s of Science Degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. She completed her dietetic internship at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City and obtained a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management from the American Dietetic Association. Jill has a diverse base of clients and addresses issues of cardiovascular and gastrointestinal disease, diabetes and eating disorders and provides personalized interactive meal plans. Jill is a triathlete and half-marathon runner who uses her exercise experiences to motivate her clients to become more physically active. Jill has been published in Forbes.com and has appeared on the WB11 Morning News offering advice on staying fit during the holiday season.

Convinced that nature’s candy is the only tantalizing treat out there, Laurie Goldberg, M.S., R.D., C.D.N. fends off snack cravings in the form of vegetable soufflé and sweet potatoes, not fudge. Luckily, this New York University and Lehman College graduate, a Registered Dietitian with a Masters degree in Guidance and Counseling, will explain how to make lip- smacking late night snacks look more salad bowl and less pizza box. Laurie completed her dietetic internship at Montefiore Medical Center in New York and obtained a Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management from the American Dietetic Association. Laurie has a private practice in Manhattan and specializes in wellness, weight control, cardiovascular and GI disease.

Colleen Wahl started conquering big things at age 12 when this middle-linebacker tackled boys, rolled kayaks, and jumped (Barbie) houses on her Schwinn. Tomboy gave way to Bun-Head when Wahl stumbled into her first jazz class, ultimately leading her to choreograph dances at Hobart and William Smith College where she graduated magna cum laude with high honors for research on movement and creativity. This Certified Laban Movement Analyst also studied Dance Education at NYU’s Steinhardt and is working on her Somatic Psychology degree at the Santa Barbara Graduate Institute all the while owning and operating Manhattan’s Move Into Greatness.

When she’s not gently (but firmly) trying to coax her inner athlete out of witness protection, you can find this magazine editor and writer watching old movies, listening to Michael Jackson or enjoying cocktails with friends.
