mouseYou may not quit your desk job any time soon. But, you can learn to quit the way you clench your mouse (kind of like right now) and how to prevent the inevitable neck aches that come from hunching over a computer all day.

Skinny Dip City’s and Move Into Greatness’ Colleen Wahl will partner with Pilates instructor Ashley Meeder to bring cube-dwellers You At Work: Feel Better While Working.

forward bendDuring this two-hour workshop, the duo will focus on posture, alignment and stretching to help improve the way you sit (slouch?) at your desk, so you’ll feel less cranky and sore and more energized and focused.

By engaging in bodywork, breathing and core support techniques, you’ll zap (or at least ease) lower back and neck pain, so the only discomfort you’ll feel on the job will come from the pains whose presence over which we have no control.
