<p>Skinny Dip City&#8217;s and <a href="www.moveintogreatness.com" target="_blank">Move Into Greatness&#8217;</a> Colleen Wahl will partner with Pilates instructor Ashley Meeder to bring cube-dwellers <a href="http://www.moveintogreatness.com/you_at_work.htm" target="_blank">You At Work: Feel Better While Working</a>.</p>
<p><a href="http://skinnydipcity.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/forward-bend1.jpg"><img class="alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-2475" title="forward bend" src="http://skinnydipcity.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/09/forward-bend1-150x150.jpg" alt="forward bend" width="150" height="150" /></a>During this two-hour workshop, the duo will focus on posture, alignment and stretching to help improve the way you sit (slouch?) at your desk, so you&#8217;ll feel less cranky and sore and more energized and focused.</p>
<p>By engaging in bodywork, breathing and core support techniques, you&#8217;ll zap (or at least ease) lower back and neck pain, so the only discomfort you&#8217;ll feel on the job will come from the pains whose presence over which we have no control.</p>

It’s true, we rarely give our warrior selves a break. To keep it that way all summer long, we’re hitting up three affordable NYC weight training facilities that keep us panting, toned and our guns and wallets fully loaded.</p>

The big haired decade makes its way to this 750-square-foot subterranean  Upper East Side studio in the form of Inner Circle and  Whitesnake so your $65-$75 one-hour training sessions make you feel less recessionista responsible and more so Jane Fonda rad.</p>

You won&#8217;t get a chance to stare down the clock during these circuit, cross and target trainings where  you&#8217;ll be  doing weight training, medicine ball movement,  balance ball stretching, and Pilates, as the effective method here is defined by minimal rest between sets. You guessed it&#8211;no more cubicle-shoulder crunching.
